Do you believe that the ruck has more benefits than the loose maul to the defending or the attacking side and if so what changes would you make. Also what is your opinion of lifting in the lineout prior to the ball been released?

CNC, I have a problem with the scrum .... Touch, hold, engage.... It slows the game down imo....

-13 Points Crusaders a gift, just depends on how much they take the foot off the pedal in the last 20 minutes. Sharks played their final last week to lift your game like that twice in two weeks is exceptionally hard. Crusaders to win the title.

I don't think the Crusaders ever take their 'foot of the pedal' - so the Sharks with all their traveling problems are imo going to find it hard to lose by less than 20; not so sure about the Crusaders for the title; I think the Stormers could beat them this time at Newlands - only to lose to the Reds in the final; the Reds being the best side all-round side in the competition this year imo
