We are constantly updating our records, please update your FICA documents with Customer Care on an annual basis.

What we need is a copy of your bar-coded ID Book and a Proof of Residence (which shows your name and physical address, not older than three months). You can e-mail these to fica@phumelela.com or fax to 0866 131 932

Why do we have to update annually?:X

Agree 100% and also if we depositing from and withdrawing to bank accounts/credit cards in SA, why the duplication of FICA?

FICA is a once off verification to ensure that it is a valid individual opening the account. Why they would need it annualy beats me, but that is Phumelela for you. :S

My Bank does the same thing - NOT!!! - No wonder I closed my Telebet Acc after 20 plus years

It is also clear,from the way they have been wording their requests, that they have not kept records and are leaving it up to us to decide whether it applies to us as they clearly don't have a clue.
If they did,they would contact only those customers to whom it applies......bunch of clowns.

I lost it after hand delvering my Fica crap to the head office in Harrison Street only to be called a few weeks later to ask for the same rubbish again - Not worth the bother give your money to the bookies rather - Hollywood does not charge me a cent to use Winning Form online and I get bonus cash for the July and Met - Tab are so far behind that even Darwin would battle to find them on the Evolutionary path

MR H, the only reason I have the tab account is cause of the limit bookies offer on p6 payouts... Burnt my fingers once with taking one with the books.... If there wasn't a limit I would close the account today!!!
