Fantastic last 7 km's Chip !! I received two sms'es one saying 9h59m47 seconds ...the other the 10h00m and 4 seconds...
I read your post on the other thread and to run under 5 minutes for 2 km's at the end of Comrades is definitely 'n man van staal !!

How the body feeling today ?

yeah, then website was a little slow.
the last 2kms were 7mins, if i could do it in 5mins, i would be going with SA to the Olympics

1 blister on foot, knee is sore and legs very stiff. stomach still doing flickflacks. from PTN i had stops that cost me an hour where i wasnt moving at all.
easy enough to finish at a gentle jog as long as the body holds up.

was in bed at 7pm!

Well done Chip. Thats a decent time first time out. Deposit is on the way.

At 20 to go, I promised myself never to put my body through this again, but after a good crash and breakfast, I am already plotting next year. Now what about the up run Chippy. Rechallenge next year?

Hows the legs? When will you ride again?
