Been overcast and a few light drizzles but no real rain here in Pmb. Sun is coming out through the clouds this morning. I don't think we received a quarter of the rain Dbn did so it may be a good idea to make an early call if they want to move to Scotsville.

My Mother says the same that not much rain. The problem up there apparently was that not expecting to have any racing until the 26th the manager had watered the track and the pen reading was 29 before any rain.

Craig - all that info can now be thrown out of the window.
That 29 pen would probably be about 22 by the end of the day.
It's farking hot in Pmb.
Rather be in doors and watch the cricket on TV.

If long range weather forecasts were worth two bob there would be no cricket to watch. Big rain was predicted today in Jozi.

A Tuesday night meeting is not likely to move to a day meeting if they can possibly help it......they need to make every attempt to meet the night racing committment to co-mingling.

went to watch some football at moses mabida this afternoon and the drainage system they have is top top class as you would have thought that we have had zero rain in dbn in the last 48 hours

This stadium can drain 100mls of rain in an hour. Not sure what it cost but wish we had that!

Why do I get a feeling that you actually looking forward to this meeting. Maybe a winner or 2 from the stable.
