Correcting your biggest punting mistakes...

Trying to understand why only 5% of punters show a consistent profit but most of the other 95% are experts!.......lol

Eish, I have a few problems, the first being not structuring my bets properly. Another is betting every race, esp when at the race track or in the tote. Another problem is chasing trying to cover a loss, and with that I will try to get a strong favourite beat by looking for a roughie. Not covering win bets with places.

i learnt thios a good few years ago and its stood me in great stead.

dont look at betting/odds while selecting horses

and when you back a horse have exactly the same ammount on a 50/1 shot as you would ona 5/10 shot

you do these 2 things alone and you will improve your R.O.I. by a long way.

selecting your own horses is also a must.

BUT if you a busy person then subsribing to a tipping servie is not too bad, in my experience what you need is consistency (not in finding winners) but in the selection method. the rest is staking and math
