What a &%$# country we live in!

Nothing to do with horse racing, but I just had to help my neighbour escape a highjacking as he was already in his driveway and the gate closed. Needless to say nothing stops these %$&*&% criminals and they simply drove through his gate. Lucky he kept his cool, locked his car and reversed up and down hooting all the time - while the scum bags (2 of them) broke his windows. The noise alerted me and very stupid of me, ran towards his help!

The scum saw me and jumped into the getaway BMW, put his lights off and drove off at high speed. Must say the Cops and ADT were on the scene within minutes.

I am leaving for France for a few weeks holiday and think I must seriously look at imigration options. After all my family are French so it shouldn't be too difficult... This shit will never stop in this &%$#@ country!

By the way - I stay in Waterkloof, Pretoria.

Agra - he wasn't in his SUV but insteed came from one of his Chinese restaurants in his old Mazda 323 - his work car.

Don't leave this beautiful country. You were man enough to assist your neighbour & that saved the day. We must stand together and these 'bliksems' will get the message. We had an incident a week ago where two suspects broke into a house. Security guard arrived, was knocked over and they stole his 9mm. Within minutes there were 5 neighbours alerted and we hunted these bliksems with the help of the cops who arrived 10 min later. To cut a long story short...there must have been 30 neighbours and 10 cop vans and cars.....end result...ons het die varke gevang
