Magic,Betfair's "funny betting patterns" were used as evidence in a few of the UK cases ,including the Fallon one

Fine. Go ahead and see if it works here - and evidence is one thing, proof is another.;)

I didn't mean you, literally. :D I'm just pointing out the difference between saying "the horse MAY have been suspiciously ridden" and "the horse WAS suspiciously ridden", with nothing except "funny betting moves" for evidence. If that has been the sum total of the Kieren Fallon case his trail would have lasted ten minutes, and trust me things are never even remotely that straight forward where legal matters are concerned,:P

First things first, have any of you guys ever ridden any horse, never mind a highly strung race horse, in fact have any of you detractors even touched a real horse? Because if you had any experience of horses at all you would know how unpredictable they are.

Second , when we posted a few weeks ago that you could follow Wayne on the day and he won on Pirate Queen and Danish Diva at good prices, did any of you then give the man some praise?

Third, did any of you experts notice that Pirate Queen was one of the first horses loaded, and thus due to the problems loading and scratching of a runner, was in the gates for a long time before they opened , therefore she was slow away and had horses close in front of her. Also did you note the differing going on the two days.

Fourth, due to Waynes confidence in the horse before the race we had a big double going onto Audit Report.

Fifth, do you think it is worth Waynes career with the Miller stable to pull up a horse like this?

Always EASY to blame the jockey when your pocket is hurt. Please learn to look a little deeper before making these kind of allegations.

Only one poster made an allegation of "pulled up".........Even Titch agreed it was not Agrella's finest hour(must have been really bad then.lol)...........he kept finding closing gaps ..........should we give him an award?

You don't have to give "awards" but only be as quick to give praise as you all are to run down.

How do you think a jockey from PE can work with the bookies when you can't get R30k of a horse from them?

Conspiracy theorists abound.......

OK guys ill have my 2CENTS worth - that was a crap ride period and for many people who doubt this game it certainly will appear that this is a bad case of crookery in a game that is battling to show its good side. To the Shams whe are always transparent i have to say that your point is taken but in all fairness i do not need to ride a horse to see a bad ride - but im sure you are right when it comes to how highly strung a race horse can be- nevertheless it remains a crap ride that looks like no good. Just out of interest in my time in this game i also know of quite a few trainers and stipes for that matter who also never rode a racehorse- that however never made them bad judges or good policemen- but that could be just my opinion. Sorry to those who disagree but you are all entitled to your opinions and i kind of side with Magic on this one -it would be pretty hard to prove anything in a court of law but the fact of the matter is THAT WAS JUST A CRAP RIDE THAT LOOKS REALLY BAD.

Wasn't his best but watch how hard he rides from the 600m to 150m giving the horse a hard ride which is what Nico saw. Must he continue to cut the horse in half when there was nothing coming from her ?

Would be interesting to see if there is any comment by our stipes or the NHA on this race. This has obviously caused a stir but as was pointed out by someone on another thread and by DAVE SCOTT on Mollys show it is so obvious that they could really do with a PR dept to at least try and show that they do investigate these issues and show a better side of the horse racing industry. Sorry but ill give up Vodka before that happens but we live in hope.
