Jockey Noach - tested positive for codeine

Why test for codeine? As a marker for ilegal sustances? As a marker for painkiller abuse? What FFSakes

As GavinV has already said and I alluded to earlier, there are jockeys currently racing on anti-inflammatories. Are anti-inflammatories permitted for use by jockeys whilst racing? Do they test for them? Anti-inflammatories are performance enhancers as they mask pain.

Anyway, if I was Noach i would have a lot of fun with my appeal as the board cant tell the difference between synthetic & syphilis without a dictionary.....
