What would you rather bet?

Spain at 1/1 or an 1/1 shot at Durbanville/Vaal etc were everything has to fall in place..
Used to think you get a bigger buzz from the NAGS ,but leading with 10 minutes to go and holding of the losing side is now a bigger buzz imo.Especially when your side counter attacks and scores the clincher...
Getting harder and harder to compete

It's a no brainer - horse-racing punting is an almost guaranteed 1st class ticket to the poor house. Sooner or later.

Plus on the 1/1 Spain you double you money on the horse you make a 94% return.

Who you kidding guys? Who doesn't like watching their 20/1 long shot coming in on the gg's. Where are you going to find this kind of value in sport betting?

Racing
Racing odds are more subjective than sports odds therefor more opportunity for personal opinion to be applied in racing.
If Spain are 1/1 than there is good reason for that, reasons pretty much known to all. In racing there are even money shots who could/should be 2/1 . When this happens there is often 'value' on the rest of the field.
This perceived value is hard to find in exposed sporting events.

Hibs,I know Spain are favourites but their play is often more pretty than effective and I am worried that Ranaldo,in a couple of moments of magic could see Portugal scoring more goals with 40% possession than Spain with 60%.
Even Nanni(ronaldo wannabe)does also score some pearlers ,albeit less frequently..................am I seeing Spooks that aren't there?
I think maybe I will have to just watch this one!

Golden rule of any betting... only back the 'quality matches'... in others words don't back the lesser Kimberly or vaal 'trash clashes', or that Danish 2nd division soccer match.... back where graft is less likely..
The transparency in horse racing makes it the sole territory of the grafters, trainers, jocks and of course Sipho to fund the circus..

As my old man used to say, the trick is to stumble onto the graft, then it's pay-pay

avanza would you not agree that transparency in racing has come on in leaps and bounds in the last 20 years??
