Anton NEVER SAY DIE Marcus
Puts them into the race, keeps them there.
I would like to say he wins races at the start, but obviously thats not true.
Maybe he wins because he's carded to ride. What hope do they have?
The bloke is an apex predator in this business...we fortunate to be watching a great performance by a jockey in command for the past few years.

the fact that he rode the best horse in the race and has a love affair with greyville having won 2 group ones there also helps a bit...

Pirates when you the best you do not need much help. Much like the Sharks coach!

Muthiman u talking kak as the horse would never have won - you just talking from your pocket - he gave it every chance beaten by a better horse. He never fancied it to kill maybe you did but sorry learn to read a race - on the contrary watch the replay MJ actually rode a very good race even tho he never won

I wish that I never started learning how to read races then I would not know what I was talking about...... MJ lost the race 650m from home when he did not quicken up and skip clear.....a better jock would have realized that the front runner was taking a breather and slowed down...... MJ almost checked to slow his mount down too.....IMO Tribal Dance is a consummate galloper and toying with pace does him no good....none of the horses should have been able to head him, had he skipped clear at the bend...
