Maybe its because she thinks those previously not disadvantaged (??!??!) always wear a hat and therefore maybe the Govt should purchase all those previously disadvantaged (??!??!) a hat? 8-)

Oh sorry, "Hi everybody" (should do this in the proper thread though)

@Englander, you will never be able to fathom the thought processes of somebody like this - but we are in public office :S

Bud, trust me I have dealt with enough SA's in a work related or on a visa-applying basis to know exactly what it is like... even been shoved in the chest by police simply because I asked if everything was ok as they parked outside our backpackers... I often don't comment because the vehemence of my "opinions" might be taken by some as offensive to all which would not be my intent.

Findings of commision of enquiry:

Previously disadvantaged communities were built in areas with a high prevelance for thunder storms.
The previous government placed all Previously disadvantaged communities on top of grounds with high iron and copper deposits to ensure proper conductivity.
Finally the commision found that due to the lack of infratructure People are the highest point in their relevant settlements. Previously these weer trees but these were used to make ornaments for the white visitors.

In closing the commision finds that the aparthied government and white uitlanders are responible for lightning and the related deaths.

In future the ANC dictionary will be updated and Lightning will be replaced by Darkening as this is politically correct and will result in less death of the Previously disadvantaged communities
