Harry how can you compare Dbnville with Greyville? also as far as I can remember there was 1 incident today when a horse was bulked for a run and lost the race due to this,,I agree that Dbnville has no margin for error especially in the last furlong or so but if i am aware of this one would assume that the jocks would as well...and the fact of the matter is no track in the world is immune to trouble in running...I will say to you what i said to jap...if you dont want to get into an argument with me the why instigate one? the last time i checked i avoid even talking to the very few posters that i feel have nothing to offer in the way of conversation or opinion you and jap are amongst those...without bothering yourself or wasting your time to answer kindly put me into the same category as i have you and a few others..we have nothing to offer each other...

The Jocks in the WC make Kenilworth just as tricky as Dbnville..............they all gang up on a fraction of the course anyway.

The one thing that Durbanville,Kenilworth "new track' and Clairwood all have in common is that they all have a 600m run in?? The Kenilworh inside track actually has a run in that is 150m shorter than Dbnville..

Chester has about a 225/250m straight and there is exciting racing there. Glen was looking for a gap a long way out and eventually had to switch out. He cannot make the gap open up in front of him. Sometimes you lucky and sometimes you not. K of P did not look like he was too keen as a youngster to force( Politician style) his way through so Glen had to swich way out. 9/10 times in a rerun KoP would have won but not this time.

We all benefit from poor/unlucky rides and lose from poor/unlucky rides, over the course of a season im sure they
even out..If your on a hold-up horse on a tight track you need luck in running,i bear that in mind with my stakes if
i like said horse.
What i cant stand is jocks not riding out or getting unbalanced in a driving finish and the worse is jocks stopping
horses.I know that Ji&m)y Q^i*n stopped a horse that i had an interest in after we had a big punt.

I was at the track yesterday and had the jackpot 4 times as I bankered La Patineuse and King of Pain. Glen shuold have never alowed himself to get into that box, as he decided to switch to get a run, Changingof the guard went for his run and generally front runners hold on and this is what happened. I was standing right in front of the finishing post, and believe me 3 more strides King of Pain would have had it won. Imagine my diisapiontment and anger. I know that Joey was not at all pleased with Glen.
