who would like to lay a bet that wherever it is scratched the reason could be no transport available

First race is due to start an hour after the first predicted thunderstorm is due to arrive... if it were me I would be hastily trying to bring the whole meeting forward by 5 hours. Night meetings in Joburg are always a lottery, anyone who lives there I'm sure will say nearly all their storms arrive early evening. Forecasts for Joburg are rarely wrong. The storms can be zonal but even to me, who hates the constant doom n gloom reports, this one looks in jeopardy. Ever hopeful though so will continue to monitor the forecasts in hope of a change!!

Yip and the drainage is not so good there either, one downpour and the meeting is in kuk....()
