And they let the 'less experienced' work riders try it out - next week when the jocks want to stop riding after one race, they can tell them 'but the work riders had no complaints....'
Let's hope it turns out ok - especialyy as we have Laurel Canyon trying her luck again - she looks great and the guy has been working her - but that draw
; maybe a R10 swinger Laurel Canyon and Justanotherday - can't hurt.

Welcome Techie, don't forget to post ur fancies.
To me the Vaal Sand is difficult at the best of times and with it being Work Riders day, new sand eill make it even more difficult. My selections below are based mainly on Times, Sand perference and Gut feel.
R1) Favourite Daughter (6)
R2) Hazelwood (2)
R3) Richard's Grace (16) if it gets a run ortherwise Deux Fabuleax (6)
R4) Burning Embers (10)
R5) Hang Fire (4)
R6) Legal Account (1) My PA Banker
R7) Clearly Keen (11) if it can get a Jock?
R8) Kudos (9) My PA Banker.
Best of luck to all.

Groom races run more to form than when their professional counterparts ride... the racing surface is more of a concern. i would just concentrate on sand form and fitness.

Forgive my ignorance, with regards fitness are there some yards that have'nt been able to work their string?
Or more importantly what yards have had no interruptions regarding work?
