so does that mean no more bookies.co.za site - im confused just seen a message on the site

Thats abrupt and a bit of a surprise. This is a very useful site, and the only one with claims. And a whole meeting's betting on a single page. I hope someone changes their mind about this. Come back bookies.co.za

This is such a pity, and i also hope someone has a change of heart. Would be nice if someone from the site gave a reason for the shutting down.

My guess would be funding? Pity

Interbet, two things though, i think you have to be an account holder to access the site, and it does take some getting used to, in that it has a lot more information i.e. people "wanting to buy or sell". I am not an Interbet a/c holder but have seen a live page at race time, and it has too much information for my small brain. The other alternative is Betting World.

I used their site for results,very useful site,looks like they are wanting a closed shop when it comes to claims.When i asked them to explain the claim system to us a while back by email they were quite abrupt and said the claim system was for the bookies only

Claims are for Registered licenced Bookmakers only.

We donot lay bets. Claims are laid by registered Licenced Bookmakers who
control the Claims.

We do not deal with the general public as our service is exclusively for
Bookmakers.

Hey, just checked that the website has been closed.......I did hear talk of this...does anyone know the reasons?

Please be advised that we are no longer able to offer the Fixed Odds pages, due to the cancellation of the service by our current supplier. We are negotiating with other suppliers, with the view to being able to provide an alternate service.
