What amazes me is that they will choose to take the legal route and yet refuse point blank to come on here and state their side of the story... the demise of the product continues, with betting updates on their scroll continually miles behind the actual betting, top form readers and presenters being dismissed, so called "friendly" phone calls form anon numbers advising that the petition be removed etc etc...and still the silence remains deafening...free access to a huge racing audience and your customers is available right here..USE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i doubt any lawyer would call you anonymously to give you a "warning" of impending action..probably someone that thinks that a verbal threat will do the trick

Titch, are you serious?
Would they really be that stupid? What would they hope to gain? And if they are, it would seem obvious to me that they have not considered the adverse publicity that would go with such a move. Would be a nothing to gain, much to lose scenario imho if they did anything like that.

Titch,please believe me,if they persist with this,we will bombard them with TRUE publicity which they can well do without...........we have enough evidence of FACTUAL bad management to make the exec.wish they had never started it!

You cannot be sued for starting a petition.............there must an aspect of the wording they are hanging their hat on!
