Rob to get a glimpse of the bigger picture check out Niel Andrews recent bio on Hollywood ......you can link in though the Dennis Evans thread.......Shaneen and Niel go back way longer than any Super Saturday guests ......a little birdie chirped that now Ken calls the tune and is trying to keep the SS boys out......:

What a plonker remark. I use DSTV for live sport 70% of the time. I do support Chainsaw and did sign the petition but have stopped watching TT many moons ago so will certainly not give up my sport. Do you really think that everything will change if 100 people cancelled their DSTV subscription? Boycotting them will achieve squat. Boycotting the tote in large enough numbers may achieve something

and a happy new year to you. I dont live in SA so I dont know if your sport channels come in the same package as Tellytrack. Where I live you have a seperate subscription to the racing channel.

Chainsaw, what is happening is a total disgrace. You are direct and to the point, no nonsence! The racing industry has lost so many characters, which is a huge loss to me, an ordinary viewer of TT. Always enjoyed your shows. All the best Mate. Hope ABC will kick some but!

Nico gets most glee out of anybody else's misfortune.
He cannot disguise the joy in announcing somebodies losing bet or horse finishing last.
The best was in late August when he introduced Shane McGregor as the the man who backed Vettel in the July(over 6 weeks earlier) in spite of the fact that he had tipped 2 soccer 6's in the same week for a nice profit.
If Nico spread a bit of goodwill, his own luck may turn..............works for most!

Get Shaheen back ASAP and iron out the nagging problems that the TT presenters have to put up with, operators for crying out aloud.!!!
Chainsaw is passionate about the game and is definitely the best presenter on TT and in a normal working environment, employers should promote those from within FIRST in recognition of their hard work and efforts to promote the products and retain and grow interest in the customer base.
