I ask the Question. Can the fact that Jackson, having given his everything, still can't get passed VC have a negative effect on his performances ? Broken his fighting spirit ? Jackson is an absolutely stunning animal, but does'nt live up to his looks !

Exactly my point, same with the Derby a brave jock could have been a hero.

Variety Club, is a champion!! Jackson was touted a champion..and I'd love him to become one, but me thinks champion Sire will be his game. Still a horse one would love 2 own and train.. They paid r1million for him(if I'm not mistaken) and we can all agree he really lives up2 his pricetag and the saying 'he looks a million dollars(or rands, lol)!!! Just think he has lost his way a bit. But still, dual Gr1 winner as well as what that would do to his stud carreer, R1million looks a bargain

The main reason why Martial Eagle won the Met was because of the pace, or the lack thereof.

It just once again goes to how you HOw slow they went in the Derby :)

Good luck to Jackson, he is a dual G1 winner and will be back, there is no doubt about that.

Even if he never races again, send him to the paddocks....He WILL be a good stallion (imvho)
