As they say certain horses suits certain jockey style of riding. In the same breathe if I was a trainer who had a temperamental horse why can't I send it to a trainer who has a way with these type of horses like Anne Upton use to. Just saying. We have brothers riding in the same races, father and son as trainers in the same race, etc. Where do we draw the line.

Naresh you can send the horses to another trainer ,you cannot own those horses if you are a trainer yourself....

as naresh says st john gray to rugg?the hawkes eyes scenario...it is very clear that it is a simple witch hunt for trainer visser and anything to smear his name

Nothing to do with smearing his name those are the rules ...Get them to change the rules if you are unhappy with them... everyone else works within them...

rules??????????? if rules were properly enforced to the letter of the law then racing would close down in this country...lets start with how many horses are trained under the lap and owners and trainers arent shy to admit ownership in interviews the list of so called rules broken daily would take a week to write...so from next meeting all ruggs horses owned by st john gray and all visser horses owned by miss bremner must be scratched....quite frankly kimberly racing the sooner it gets dumped into the big hole the better and a bloem scenario replaces it ,the people who manouvered the decision to close bloem and open the shithole should be shot at dawn..

Pirates the examples you use are ok because the trainer/ owner does not train in Kimberley....

With reference to trainers being with other trainers ie De Kock/Ramsden or St J Gray/Rugg this is allowed as the trainers are not based in the same center so on the odd occasion when runners clash as when De Kock raids CT or St J Gray raids Kmb then they may have runners on the same day.

Bill Human is classed as Kmb trainer and therefore gets preference with his runners in maiden races etc. His runners will get in before St J, Spies, Peter ,De Kock etc.

It then follows that he may not have horses with another Kmb trainer. We may not train for Y.Bremner, A.Greef etc as owners in Kmb because of this same rule.

We are also hampered by the 21day rule whereby horses from our PE yard will be eliminated first if they havnt been in Kmb for 21days. This can be very hard on owners as well. This rule is heavily policed by all the Kmb trainers but we accept that is the way it is

PIRATES.u seem like forthright guy...so when a rule is implemented(albeit a correct ruling),instead of embracing the rule...we find reasons of conspiration...and however dubious the circumstances may seem...2 wrongs never make a right..in many cases and instances we all know that under the lap deals are occurring...but the authority would be wrong if they didn't act when its blatant...also u make referance of Bremmnar and st john gray...the circumstances here is different..Bill Human is a kimberley based trainer...the other 2 are not ,so they would be allowed to raid with their runners even if another horse of theirs that they own are running in another trainers name....Bill human has to be declared a kimberly trainer because at scratchings...his horse will be given preferance over visiting trainers at nominations..so u cant get the best of both worlds

ok then change the ownership to the vissers and all will be happy....im still awaiting the results of all the other issues that have come up in kimberly plus a few others like the yeni taylor issue...the carpet must be a large one

@pirates, we have some Issues with NHA , one that goes back some 7 months, including being personally threatened by a head stipe.

To date havnt even had a returned phone call or email.

Everyone has an issue at some point.....
