ZUCHETTO Scratching???

ZUCHETTO – Ineligible. Advised 4 March 2013 / 13H25

Zuchetto is owned by trainer Bill Human and is in the care of Trainer Jaap Visser which is a clear violation of the rules..what confuses me is how was this horse allowed to accept for the race in the first place especially when Mr. Human had a runner in the race trained by him?? Those people who had gone for this horse in their exotics where fortunate that the fav won the race but could have quite rightly felt aggrieved had it not ...the official stipe report states "Advised 4 March 2013 / 13H25" less than an hour before the race got underway which can only mean that it was brought to their attention by a 3rd party, had this error not been pointed out then the horse would have run...I'm wondering if some people are being looked upon as more equal than others at Flamingo Park??

It would have to have been a third party..........the NHA don't know most of their own rules!

I mentioned this on the Flamingo thread as soon as I heard about it.

This has also now been the 3rd instance where the Visser yard has been involved.

Surely that can't just be 3 coincidences?

They put the sweet girl Joanne who always has tears in her eyes on the TV and she always thanks "Jaap the trainer" while looking like bambi couldn't piss in her tea......

I just wonder?

Just some clarity. So if St John de Gray sends a horse to Vernon Rugg and that horse ends up running in the Flamingo Mile, does that mean St John de Gray cant raid Kimberly's biggest feature cos he will have interest in two horses in the same race. There are plenty of trainers who are horse owners with different trainers, i have come across.

Pirates the rules state you cannot be classed as a Kimberley trainer and have horses stabled under another trainer from the same centre...

len as far as i know mr human trains from rustenburg or somewhere nearby and is not based in kimberly...you will probably find that zuchetto doesnt like the float and therefore stays in kimberly
