Carnival Fury , Jet Master and Classic flag , all 3 less than 20k and became millionaires and JM and CF multi-millionaires and both stallions, and Jet Master greatest Stallion produced in South Africa in modern history.Just shows that blue bloodline breeding is not the ying-yang of great stallions. How many six figure purchased colts made back their money or became stallions? food for thought:S

I'm not sure Cardinal Fury was a stallion - I'm sure he was a gelding

He never won any of those big ones but Jet Master got be one the best buys ever...as they say the under bidder on JM is the unluckiest person in racing.

I have to agree, "cheapest" for me are Ipi Tombe f and Jet Master c
There have been plenty bargains and every star looks cheap in hindsight, but Ipi Tombe can from absolutely nothing and went international and was rated best in world; and Jet Master was a superb champion racehorse and then same as a stallion and must have been worth 50-100m at a point. Just undo-able.

Wasn't your namesake the most expensive yearling of its generation?

Spargo on Ipi Tombe before her race on that World Cup night "...she cost less than my wrist watch".
