Here goes my selections for today
Race 3 Swift bow
Race 4 Hallowed
Race 5 Where's my chop pl
Race 6 Benbow

Not an easy card today but could still be a very profitable day. I fancy Strydom to do the first double but in a Juvenile race in the Sand don't get too involved in the first race.

My best for the day is Benbow in Race 6. If he reproduces his run on the 26th March behind Across The Ice it wil be race over. In that race he beat current favorite La Volta by 2,75 lenghts and is 2,5 kg's better off to boot. My concern is that it has been a while since his last visit to the winner's enclosure so I will back him on the nose to win but cover him in my PA.

My value bet for the day comes up in the last in the form of Planet Queen. Her last Sand run a good couple of divisions above this field was a very respectable run that day running under heavy sufference. Her form of late on Turf has also been reasonable. Again my one concern is that for her run behind Top Talent they removed the blinkers and have them back on today. That improved run could also be attributed to the increase in trip and should appreciate the 1800 meter trip. At 14/1 she is worth a fair EW bet.

My PA for today will cost R216:

Frodo, that is a major concern, we might as well brass it now. <

I also fancy Baron Zemo, included it in my PA. (tu) Disco Boy must be the interesting runner here with one fluent win over C & D but coming back off a rest.

Makes it 5 that agrees (with Julie ) and 1st choice TO PLACE since weighted to feuture BUT otherwise very competitive and I would not be surprised to see the 7 running out the PA here... I will take 2 PA's one with Benbow banker and otherwise OPEN including the 6,1,7

R2#1 Show& Tell is a Spectrum which normally do like the sand. It showed that on sand debut 28 Feb running 2nd behind van Loveren CD and is an only runner for Little today with proven sand form and since Cavlista is scratched the only cover I would take would be Where Eagles dare (16/1) (#8 Cavlitsa scratched) & will be bankering Show & Tell in the PA

It MIGHT be even worse than you think... Velvet V will not be my main play in the first!!! :

Make sure you do Rs 2-8 in 5folds n up then, would hate to be celebrating a max win while you pick up a paltry-paying PA!!

Don't worry about me, am playing 5 folds wins from Race 2 and 5 folds places from Race 3. I recon if we catch the PA today we can make a nice profit. (tu)
