they always have, nothing new. they should take a course on customer retention and stop relying on the fact that their branches are well situated! Maybe we got to offer some I T Help?

Just simple communication would help, keeping their customers informed so we know if they will be back up tomorrow or next year. Very poor. (td)

I really think they just don't know bud. Must be a major fark up for them to be taking so long, costing them plenty. I would be more worried about what the problems are and if all the account records haven't somehow got lost in the "transfer"... :
These situations never cease to amaze me in SA, management, organisation and skill-base seems so poor... still, tis the promised land of hope n opportunity!, hmmmm (

{lekker snotklap to E's head}..For the record, South African I.T. personnel are very highly regarded world wide. When things go wrong like they obviously have at Betting World it is almost always due to lack of process and planning. The old chestnut...'Failing to plan is planning to fail' is very pertinent to I.T.

I don't use them a lot but I keep an account for specific markets, and just my luck, when I saw that they were offering prices for "win first set"I decided that Murray to win first set (Djokavitch notoriously slow starter) was my sports bet of the week-end.
-D
When I placed it the stake was reduced from my balance, but have not been able to confirm the "all clear" pay-pay
All I need is to find that the bet went missing in the cock-up...............lol.

Sounds to me like you are 95% agreeing with me so a snotklap for 5% imperfection in the clarity of my explanation is somewhat harsh! lol
