I never meant to come across as sarcastic at all. I probably should have said "sorry about the inconvenience."

The "thanks for letting us know" was purely saying thanks for making us aware they were bothering you, and it gave us the opportunity to clear them off your account. Apologies if you took it the wrong way

What a right royal mess.....can log on and that's where it stops.......got healthy credit balance and says insufficient funds to bet.....just even try and take a multiple from 2 centers.....!!!!!
How in 2013 with modern technology is this disastrous changeover allowed to happen.If not sorted time for change tomorrow....God help in trying to withdraw?????

Hard to believe how badly this has been handled...........made even worse by the fact that the SMS and pop-up communications are all nonsense as well............lol
