Betting World???

Hi

Just ASAFU (another South African Fcuk Up). Par for the course and typical of the Service customers receive in the NEW RSA at many Businesses, going from bad to totally KARP.

Englander BW probably used some Soutp--l IT specialist from the NHS as they are compararble with the worst that we have to offer lol

I have a BW account and just looked now and to me they are trying to copy HW, what a shambles and disgrace as IMVHO both sites are FARKING S--T and not all user friendly.

I think the website looks smart, but logging in does not work, even when using another login where I know the login details. It half gets there and then messes up.

But I'm also pulling this up on an iPad, which probably makes it more tricky as it is

WE it is a pity Betexchange does not fix some of their problems too- I find it difficult to use at times - Have never used Betting World but Hwood is very easy to use

Yes can't get in even with their "new" user name and password. Very poor. (td)

Did anyone before often get "price changed" so you couldn't get a bet on even though the price didn't change?

So pathetic and frustrating...will be liking having a win just to eventually log in to see if got the right balance.Thank goodness i use Hollywood for most of my betting.

Must say that Betex has some pending bets at Arlington for me since 2011!!

Useless to send out a message saying its all working when it is clearly not! How bad can a company be? you think senior management will say anything to the customers who have been messed about, or will the usual deafening silence prevail?

Have just spoken to them, and they have escalated the issue - REALLY???? - and are hoping the issues will be fixed in the next hour. Promised they'll be up and running before the first at Scottsville too.

The price change is always a pain in the A$$
