Can someone explain something to me please...

After Captain Jinks was scratched...
Hollywood show a 15% deduction
Bettingworld show a 20% reduction

is this difference in deduction rates because their prices were different at the time of the scratching? I always thought the % deduction was the same across the board, is that not so for "early" prices?

Interesting, thanks Shrek. Another good reason to avoid Bworld (or support Hwood) by the sounds of it. Not sure whether it is also BW's fault for Tabgold's continual failure to update their fixed odds prices. Either way, Tabgold seem to me to need to take a lot more responsibility for the information they portray, a disclaimer is no excuse. How that lot win an award for anything is totally beyond me... more to the point, how does anyone award them anything when they can't even update the odds they are showing? Maybe a couple of nice bottles of wine were purchased for those voting etc etc 8-)
