We have 2 runners tomorrow and both are in with a chance. I think with I am Will's apprentice allowance ,he is probably the better of the 2 but Cools Style does like Scottsville and has a slightly better draw. Both must go into everything. I am Will is also 3kgs better off with Dodge City for 2.75 lengths so it should bring them very close together.

I do not have the information but does anyone keep stats of average PA pay-outs per venue? I know Fairview and Arlington must be top of the list but need the rest. The reason for my question is that I need to decide if it is worth the time and effort to study for meetings at some venues i.e. Scottsville. I may be mistaken but I feel the average PA payout at Scottsville is less than R100 which to me makes it a complete waste of time to take bets on. The problem is with Cape Town racing a no-go during the winter months (how much money is wasted on Cape Town Computaforms per season?) the midweek scheduling this time of year is terrible. (If I was involved with racing scheduling I would never have stand-alone Cape Town racing during winter and always back it up with a PE meeting on the same day).

MM...I don't know about the stats.....but PMB...when she pays....she pays....maybe just the current smaller fields lately...
