Having the day off - so going to be investing in a R50 PA (me playing in PE is as rare as snow on Table Mountain - and apparently a possibility of that happening for the 2nd time this year - so I might as well have a go)
Now that I told you that piece of earth shattering news, let me inform you that although first impressions would be that progeny of Golden Thatch mares are generally sprinters, the full brother to Colourful Jet did win in Mauritius over both 1600 and 1850 - that does off course not guarantee that CJ will do the same, but at least there is a chance that she might - so to answer your question - your guess is as good as mine

Morning from a very cold and (drizzly) wet PE, we have 11 runners today.
Race 1 Olivian takes her races well but drawn in the suburbs again but will be in the shakeup.
Race 2 Teepee first run at Arlington but working well. Don't leave out of exotics.
Race 3 Chill Factor will soon know the Arlington neighbors very well ad drawn out again. With some luck in running is a big runner.
Race 4 Emperor Sago has been gelded so hope that brings about a change as his work is good.
Race 5 Elegant Tune well and an each way chance. Come Play drawn badly and first Arlington run but needs the outing.
Race 7 Boeing Boeing slowly gaining confidence and working well. Ebro prefers outer draw but very well.
Race 8 Miss Diana also visiting the neighbors again but very well. Will enjoy the going more now and distance. Won't disgrace herself.
Race 9 Greystone having his first run for us , has some gate issues and also drawn wide but well. Light Approval will enjoy the going, don't leave him out.

Thanks as ever to the Shams and hope they run well for you today (tu)
Cheers Frodo, much appreciated (tu) Maybe that is the answer to Jawad's point as well? As for Table Mountain mate... where exactly is it? The couple of times I've been to CT people kept trying to point it out but this little hill, which I call Table Bump lol, was always in the way. Surprised that, if there really is a mountain there, it can't be seen beyond that little hill

is it true that you can see the other side of England by standing on the one side

Never tried Ben but I am sure you could if Table Bump was on one side of the country and you were standing on the summit

I know what you mean - we have a few mine dumps up here in Gauteng that are bigger than that historic 'bump'
Now that we have upset all the WP okes - let's just calm the waters by admitting that I would really have loved to be able to wake every morning with that 'bump' watching over me (tu)
