at least guys that play on the bookies and TAB telephone betting had these refunds and payouts deposited.

I think the forecast is for it to start clearing tomorrow - and no rain forecast for Tuesday (as far as I know) - so seeing that the tracks desperately needed the rain, if the forecast holds true, I don't see any problems with Tuesday night
