I sometimes feel the vast majority of SA jockeys lack self confidence. It was always on the cards that Strydom would set a sedate gallop and try and out-sprint/out-stay them up the straight, why not take him on and set your own pace. Admittedly i had my money on the favourite, but a long way out the race was won, just my opinion.
Guessing has never been widely acclaimed as a good gambling strategy.

i layed the horse only option on those rates butt have to say masterfull ride

i agree bayern if i have to say the are afraid of him mentally he has them crushed i think they are always thinking what he is going to do instead of having there own strategy thats why they always tracking striker horses
