E just had a big storm in Alberton and more looks to be coming.

Blardy Ken stand alone looking very likely then, sh1t, I hate punting CT dodgem cars, Met or no Met. And no wise @rse cracks about not having to bet if I don't want to, I do know that! lol ()

For me I think the big days should be stand alone - so won't be complaining too much if Turffies gets cancelled - but there's bound to be some owners that were waiting for some time to have their horses get an opportunity to race - such is life - anyway they race in Gauteng on Sunday and Tuesday and on the sand on Thursday :S

The thing I hate about joint meetings is that the Feature is on both cards so if you go out in the Met on your PA or P6 you are out of both

One way around that is of course to vary your selections in the perms - but that's not foolproof either; I would not mind joint meetings if TT showed ONLY those local meetings - but of course P always have to chase every last gambling cent with meetings from Zim and/or France and /or the UK and always a slot for the trots
