I assume the pen reading showing on sahorseracing is still there from the Turf meeting... Louis do you know the pen reading for the course or can you give an indication as to what it might currently be?
PS when you say outside draws Louis are you referring to possible draw bias? From memory, I'm not sure high draws have been best on the outside track recently, though of course that does not mean that today they won't be and you may know more than me!

unfortunately most punters who have had a bet on the turfontein meeting with bookies wont realise that those bets are now null and void due to the change of venue...the rules are there to read on the internet sites under rules but what amazes me is that it isnt on the back of the tickets which you get given in a tatts

Just walked course. To me it looks very good. Team doing readings came past me and I watched them take readings at 200m - readings were 20 and 19.
It will be good racing as it is, but starting fine drizzle right now.

Shrek, it seems that your opening post may be spot on, eg Kenilworth stand alone today.
It is now raining here..... not much yet, but enough to be concerned about. I will try and update as morning unfolds etc.
I fancied Moggy more at inner course and now Negev more at home, for what its worth. Both are working very well, but Moggy has improved out of site. She is just beaten for pace early at Vaal straight and tends to fly, but too late.
As I post, rain has stopped...
