The Borrowdale meeting has been abandoned but the PA blitz has not been cancelled.The investment has absolutely no chance of value as 42 % of bet abandoned but FULL takeout deducted...........................it is absolute theft.
I intend to submit the issue of full takeout on partial bets to the Dept of T&I now that they seem to have a role in the fairness of gambling.

These guys think that they are a law unto themselves....unethical...ignorance....?

I checked nmy tote account and saw the Borrowdale bets had been refunded -the PA blitz was clearly shown as "live"

......now Nico confirms that it will take place.....let the mugs fall in to make the 42% contribution to the operators they need the greed......:S

It won't alter my submission - the full take-out on abandoned exotics is theft ..... Only a pro-rata take out is acceptable.
Another issue is unclaimed tickets -let's consider the logic-3 blokes sit in a pub and A has a bet with B.....C holds the money ,...... If the winner doesn't collect why does it become the property of C.....ridiculous- it belongs to punters and should revert to carryovers.
The third theft is rounding down of dividends-if a horse pays R1.09 for a place it is rounded down to R1.
Rounding down costs punters millions!
