What is go on about vaal sand?

does any one notice the vaal sand have the strip on the inside if you no in these strip you get no chance? go look at the reruns it no matter where the horse is draw if he is draw wide and win then he get across there is no other way. i watch the poly today and i see the horse winning even if he is four wide around the most of trip he wins and stay four wide all the way to the line. these is no the case at the vaal sand if you stay wide you fall in the hole no chance at all. i speak with a senior jockey who tell me is the big problem and apparent the people who prepare the track do these on purpose they roll the in side more than the out side. may be louis g can give us the story. for me if these is the case and the in side is diferent to rest of track is the fraud on the punter. hear is the story i am no sure i believe but my jockey friend tell me is true. the telly track presenters is tell THEY MUST NOT ASK THE JOCKEYS ABOUT THE DRAW BIAS AT THE TRACK. if these is true then they are screw the punter big time. what is diferent if these is true to the situation where the grass is cut shorter one side than another side and only the few people know? i am said that the vaal trainers are meet phumelela about these problem next week. it is the dis grace (td)

Striker said yesterday the draw bias is bad at the vaal , he says 7 draw
And above u u run 5 wide and there should be no feature races ie the
Emerald cup run at the vaal

sad that if this is the case...no real effort is made to rectify it...may as well do away with handicapping/MR too...same logic...:S:S

Harry there must be a reason for this if its the case? because the whole of South Africa knows you canie win from a wide draw these days at the Vaal,so Skuldugerry surely can be ruled out?

Maybe the drainage or the quality of the track on the wides has something to do with it?

hibby i am tell that the roller i think he say is use mainly on the inside is why the out side is so worse than in side. i am hope that louisg can tell us but for sure their is big big problem

must be great knowing there are horses in your yards that are running of marks higher than other horses in your yard that are better ,Great Benchmarks

is it that the turn into the straight is extremely sharp. Looks much sharper than anything on the UK all weather tracks

how difficult is it to shift the sand and try and improve the drainage...it's not a turf track ffs....

a normal french drain would probably resolve the problem...:S

let us put these another way. imagine you go to the casino and you find out after you loose your money on roulette that the table has the "adjustments" to favour one side and you never now these when you have the bet.........
