Open Letter mr W

Dear Mr W
This letter has no malice. The views and opinions expressed here is mine alone.
I respect you as a person and a very knowledgeable horse person knowing that you had a top mentor in your father in law Mr TM.
The performance of your fancied horses today at T leaves much to desired.
I will start with Tellina. Nominated for the July and safe to get in the final field but what a run. This may be a prep run but my goodness what wins. Ur stable should have nominated Killua Castle then for the July knowing full well KC is better than Tellina.. The theories abound but you know better why Tellina ran a BAD BAD RACE.
. Shout Out touted as spot on by Tim in USO. What wins? Stable horse again.
Now I'm a ordinary punter and I study form. For the life of me I will not be able to fathom what happened today. When things like this happens in racing then we punters will have to have a jaundiced view about racing in general.
I trust you will engage me regarding the above.
Regards
Royal President

Thinking about the contents of the letters @rp would write to Erasmus, Greeff, Smith, etc, etc...:)

if you don't appreciate the jockeys or trainers comments then don't listen to them ,this game is extremely difficult and I for one really am thankful that they trainers and jockeys are prepared to talk about their runners so please out of respect for punters like myself rather refrain from having a go at them which in turn could have them refusing to comment

Likewise there have been too many negative comments on record from certain quarters about trainer Leon Erasmus on this forum.
To his credit he goes on about his business without any misgivings.....................good man!(tu)

De Kock,Hannon and Pletcher win with 2nd and 3rd string runners a hell of a lot more than any the above do

Geoff Woodruff and his son Tim seem to be two of the very nicest guys in racing. They do what they can and they have been on both sides of the spectrum, right at the top and way below ground.....

Anybody with half a brain knew yesterday that Tellina, probably headed into the July, also with 62kgs on his back was never going to be competitive yesterday. In fact Tim said as much.

Killua Castle is not good enough to run in the July, why would they nominate him. he was simply the best horse on the day.

Don't think I'm down with this open letter from the OP.

Craig as much as you have the right to post your comments (so does the OP), others have that self same right.

But please, when you do decide to post (as the OP did) make sure it is a lucid, well thought out argument otherwise you should expect that people are going to pick holes in your story....

Because people have the right to post what they want, doesn't mean they should make baseless accusations.

Simples really.....

?......did not watch USO...... but during the day Julie tried to pressure Gav Lerena for onions on the two horses he was on.........by his answer and body language they were not the good things the bookies were making of them.....he clearly stated that the race was not Tellina's mission.......if one wants to have a go at the stable wrong ones arriving.......then bitch and petition V Moodley to bring the couplings rule back for the P6 as I also
Got it wrong with the Woodie horses......P6 was already on when I saw Gav Lerenas interview......made amends and got it right with the one in the last to at least get my stake back......::o
