the biggest problem is the policing of the whole industry and trying to maintain the integrity and as long as the current situation continues whereby the nhra are financed by the operators nothing will change ..they are a toothless organization

Many of the nhra's decisions have nothing to do with who funds them.....

Yes but many of the things they should be regulating would appear to be being overlooked because of who funds them!
The CEO of "P" and a board member of the NHA stated, and he was quoted in the Sporting Post, that the NHA had no jurisdiction over the operator.
Clearly has no idea of the rules and regulations and was obviously relying on the controlling of the purse strings.

steve reid wrote a post on the sporting post website whereby he listed plenty of issues which have not been regulated correctly by the nhra and most under the Persian carpet..lets not try curry favour here the fish stinks from the head

You cannot have owners on the board of the operators just as you cannot have soccer owners on the board of the league...corporate governance requires independence between participants and those tasked with the integrity of an industry...
