Competitive as always... not going to keep saying but plenty in with chances throughout the card, more than I can mention lol. Not sure how much I'll be able to do/contribute but here's a start anyways...
R1 Short priced debutant from the Smith stable. Advices please? So without Dreamy Forest who has the big advantage of the 1 box... Sun Flash set the pace last time before tiring late over 1300, he may try to do so again here but might find that harder to achieve from box 14. If he gets to the front relatively easily then he must have a very decent chance but I'll go against him here. Triumvirate makes his PE debut and comes off a 12 week rest. He has a good draw in 4 and given that most of his recent runs have been in "wet" conditions, he might appreciate, and improve with, a run on the poly. Pachinko made a decent local debut over c/d lto when coming off an 11 week rest. He was a 3l 3rd to Daddy Cool with SF 4l further back, though it would probably be fair to say SF has improved since. Pachinko is better drawn here in 5 which may help him see out the d. Iberian Express is dropped back in trip and from a much better draw than he had in his penultimate outing could go better than his big odds suggest he might. Thunder Fury is another who may benefit from the drop in d and with the 2 draw can't be discounted. TRIUMVIRATE x PACHINKO x IBERIAN EXPRESS

Let's see how far I get. Comments are my own way of thinking about the runners tomorrow. No 'TIPS' or anything can be described as info. Comments not as technical as those of some of the students
R1: - I narrowed them down to 5 runners. In no particular order Iberian Express, Sun Flash, Pachinko, Lucky Jay, Thunder Fury and Seventh Brother.
If I have to like a smithy horse, it will be Mac Chestnut.
Don't like the draw on Sun Flash, but Muzi would probably not have taken the ride if he did not believe he could win over the shorter trip.
Iberian Express had excises last 2 runs - decent form before those 2
But the one to make the day at H U G E odds is Seventh Brother. Nice breeding with a mare who could have been a star had it not been for an early end to her racing career. As the Englander said about the Greeff horse and having battled in the wet, I feel Tara's newby in PE will love the poly
