I would have thought that their Capital Expenditure and budget would ensure the best Information technology. Certainly better than the Gold Circle/Phumelela operating systems.They are the biggest bookmakers ...surely ? or second.

It seems our new BetTech Live In Play module has been causing issues on our website, and it was the same system that caused issues on Saturday (during the Summer Cup). We have decided to switch off the Live In Play module indefinitely, hoping this will solve the issues on our website.
Apologies to our In-Running betting and Live In Play punters. We will make notice of a temporary solution going forward shortly, but it will not be available for the indefinite future. Those who have funds in your Live In-Play accounts, we will be transferring the funds back to your Hollywood accounts as soon as possible.

The team has just communicated to me that they are working on the system, and you can expect the website to work very intermittently. There seems to be more issues rising, causing the website to slow down to a halt. We might have to go down for a period tonight, but I will keep everyone in the loop with regards to proceedings.
