Leseding " they " should have an open line to the big 4 bank accounts to check on deposits made - you would think they check deposits at 08.00 every morning, but not to be.

We obviously have to spoon feed them, not top of their game is all I can say.

Dev please explain to us, how often, when do they check / confirm our deposits - my guess every 30 mins. If we lucky ? 11.29 nothing in

Hi Dev yes I did send a deposit notification this morning..... check what time I sent it, check when u credited my account........ my guess close to 30 mins. Wait.

Dev, just a last one on this topic.... if u have had an incredible number of deposits cause of your bonus offer, the answer is simple...... have more staff checking for deposits. There is no excuse, my deposit was made on friday night.

It's like MAKRO offering JOHNNY BLACK ON SPECIAL R 150.00 ( just as you have advertised your special offer ) and having only 1 till operator...... good offer / great special........but shite service !

I agree with you 100% Elvis. Our team have already discussed this earlier this week, and going forward we have already worked on automating the bonus for the next special period, and worked on better methods of handling the load.
