I've been to South
Korea, Thailand, Vietnam, China and Japan. Biltong is mild compared to some of the things I've been offered to eat. By the way Kimchi from
Korea is the dog's bollocks if you ever get the chance. If you really want the dogs bollocks then China is the place to go

I always try to smuggle biltong into Heathrow/Gatwick to satisfy my brothers' insatiable biltong appetites. But I have been told that it is a jailable offence if I get caught. So I get quite nervous sometimes. .

I make my own. I have a sealed box with 2 small vents and a small fan blowing on the meat all the time. Takes about 4 to 5 days to dry. Delicious.

Mac the best way to take it into the country is by having a vacuum packet inserted into your stomach it's a small op ( just watched the movie Lucy) so probably better is you just eat it before u get on plane

:-)

Many moons ago in junior school my friend literally lived opposite the school. At break-time we decided to go to his place and raid his Dad's biltong which was still hanging. We returned to class late and our teacher asked where we were. Well, we couldn't answer properly because we still had a mouth full of half-chewed biltong. Our teacher told us to take out what we had in our mouths, which we did, and then the girls all shriekd "ugh sis".
