Off topic but seeing Ertijaal mentioned sparked an annoyance.
Just looked at meydan entries for Thursday.
Horse named Ertijaal (ire) entered..owned by sheik Hamadan ..bred shadwell ..sound familiar?
Name recycling is one thing but seems ridiculous as its not inconceivable that the Derby runner could end up next year racing against the current one in Meydan. What happens then?

Does no one else not find it bad that anyone that knew anyone knew that Acto Of War would run in the Derby
yet some poor punters were left in the dark?
I know some will say it`s antepost betting there is risk attached and we should have known etc ( Derby was always a sensible option )

Me thinks this is similar to the guy in flamigo who doesnt like his trainers to give public info on his horses..soo same thing owner pays bills so why shud we know where wants to run his horses.. As well we have to commend Justin snaith and being forth right and letting us all know the state of his champ..i hope he is well now and ready

Naaaaaah. Act Of War should've gone for the Met. This game is not for sissies. Big, big mistake.
