I think the way he has won over shorter shows that he has the ability to win over further than
the mile even if he doesn't stay the extra well. Of course its possible that a very fast pace with a classy stayer type might upset things if he doesn't stay , but I cant see it happening in this race.
Then again, he is due an off day :dry:

Banker in everything.....

He is not in the same mould as Variety Club who was a champ miler. He just never saw out the 2000m and just his class alone got him close to winning over those 2000m distances. This Act of War though.......he looks like he will just pounce at the right time and pull away from them with 200m to go

I am with Rob on this one and for me Ertijaal & one or two of the others make some appeal over this distance in the P6. Ertijaal will make him run.....

I am not saying he is not a class act but he may just come under more pressure than he has had previously in this race.
