I think maybe if Kingvoldt ran closer in the QP they would have chanced it - as it turns out imo the 3yr colts are slightly over-rated - so the correct decision

Same old problem. Apparently it would have been too much trouble to announce right after the decision was made.
Full marks to the Snaiths for keeping us apprised of Legislates wellbeing. Its a pity many others don't give a continental about the betting public.
