Todays indicates that poly isn't the real problem.................why restrict visiting horses to make racing pointless.
If Gold Circle want things to change then they need to make changes .................the first one is to let market forces prevail no matter how much that disadvantages the useless!

With Dean Kannemeyer cleaning up it shows how mediocre local horses are.

The sun is playing "hide and seek".
Not sure if the course will dry sufficiently.
Caution advised.

The best horse doesn't always win the race.

rob faux what did you have London call running to in his last win bearing in mind he could only get the max 6 pounds for that win ?

Tricky card imo, especially given the likely conditions, playing a small e/w double on King Neptune and Ravishing Lilly in the last two.

RF, I think you are being EXTREMELY unfair and wrong. Some of the people that you probably regard as useless just don't have the horses at the moment and if they could have the owners to spend 1/20 of what the big trainers spend I think you would have a different picture. Some of these so called people that you so wrongly consider useless have given there lives to Natal racing and Gold Circle. TT, Dean is just doing what raiding trainers like Dennis Drier do when he takes his best horses to Cape Town.
