The best example of what can be done is Duncan Howells ............he started where everybody else did in Natal and due to his results earned better and better horses and keeps producing results..............very few walks of life give rewards and then let them be earned..........it always works the other way round.....success breeds success,so they say.
Gold Circle is clearly stuffed unless they let market conditions prevail and leave it to survival of the fittest.
