For whatever it's worth, I nearly fell off my chair.
It highlights the fact that I never expected this response from the operator, taking blame and acknowledging problems. Breath of fresh air, I wonder if it will catch on?

Well done to Tellytrack for responding and I have little doubt that we clanners will be much more understanding now we are in the picture (forgive the pun)
Thanks for talking to us!.............and please continue to do so, and we can hopefully show the other areas of "P" the bridges that can be built with communication.

Thank you tellytrack for the feedback
But certain things are unacceptable. Watching the channel now, there's a stewards enquiry @ Hamilton. Cecil by his own admission admitted he did not notice a stewards enquiry, even though the feed from GBI mentioned this, and there was a still on screen for at least THREE minutes clearly highlighting in RED that there was an enquiry. Wut is he looking at while speaking to us????

This post is the most promising development that I have seen on ABC. To be honest, most of the threads about the problems experienced in racing come across like stuck records. We all experience the problems, the problems are known by the powers that be and ignored, and the circle continues.

Well done to the Tellytrack team for responding in the manner that they have done. Wouldn't it be great if ABC was used in a POSITIVE way to improve the issues that are clearly problems in the sport that we all contribute to both financially and intellectually.
Just imagine the NHA, Operators and RA acted in a similar manner to what Rob Scott has done. Wouldn't racing be a better place for all of us.

Well done and a positive way forward . Perhaps other parts of the industry should take a leaf out of this book

They're talking about a complete overhaul. Does that mean High Definition? I'm just pushing my luck :)

Single best piece of PR work I have seen from the Operators bar none.

Hats off to Rob Scott.

Great stuff...we know Rome wasn't built in a day...but just admitting we exist.... ...already that's the turnaround... ;)
