Has anyone got these for me? I made a deposit yesterday 11:00....advised through the website, also through the Contact Us.... sent numerous depisit notifications......nil, niks nader

Did you email the Proof of Payment to

depositnotification@hollywoodbets.net

And copy Devin's email address in it. Normally mines is sorted within 10 to 30 minutes.

I feel your pain although I have my own office, taking Pick 3's are a hassle on Hollywood as you have to phone to take them and 99% of my bets are taken on my desktop or on my mobile. Thats my only gripe with Hollywood.

I don't know if you have a Boxer store near you but I have found buying vouchers(I keep a few on standby) is the best way for me to deposit. Instantly in acc and you control your spend that way

I started using my WSB account to play PICK 3's but they're full of shit when you deposit!
I am now going to use my Betxchange account to do it

I have told Dev about the Pick 3s. He did tell the software department, maybe on the next upgrade cos they still can't figure out why they cannot load it online.
