so what am I missing. I like munger he an amazing young jock.
I can't have her - left the Maidens beating 5 potential polo ponies. Ryan is a top little rider but that won't be enough to help her. If Imperial Empress repeats her last run she wins - Rather look for Ryan in the 7th
I agree IF Imperial Empress repeats her last run she must be the one to beat, but in her penultimate run she was beaten 16 lengths, so consistency not her strong suit - 9kg's a lot of weight to give; yes, Susquehanna did beat the proverbial blind school, but this a pretty desperate field as well; I think Susquehanna is better than a 50 (I have her at 55 at least) , she will be handy and Imperial Empress will have to run her down - a lot will depend if Mr Munger can get the pace right.

The winner won by 11 that day so was in a race of her own - I'm going sw box Imperial, Knock Knock and Soukous

9 years 9 months agoup until about a year ago the form was pretty consistent but nowadays you have form reversals of 15 to 25 lengths on a consistent basis so the sooner it closes down the betterEnglander wrote: Sounded like Mr Magner doesn't think the closure of the Vaal sand course is a particularly clever move either...
Anyone know which trainers Pharkupfella discussed the closure with... some from CT, PE and KZN perhaps? lol :silly:
