The dividend of R13.10 is the official dividend. Lodge a complaint.

Did you take Tote place or fixed place Mr P?

Storm Belt helped me out today some poor performances by a couple of selections but just came out with a small profit

Results are official. If you place every runner in the field according to my calculations you would have made a 21/1 profit with your 1rand back. Even if the fancier runners placed you would have made around 4/1. Why is pay day last day of the month grrrr.
CnC would have been in the game if he placed Storm Belt on the tote.
The 6th race pool was commingled with the American Tote as per Bloodhorse. In South Africa you only get your money back on California Chrome, but in America a 5 penny profit is made in every dollar, guaranteeing you a profit.
The overwhelming favorite in North American pari-mutuel pools, California Chrome returned $2.10 to win and $2.10 to place/show. In earning just his second career stakes-placing, 7-year-old Storm Belt returned $33.20 to place/show and Success Story paid $26.20 to place/show.

Send Dev a pm... I'm sure he will sort it out for you... No reason why you shouldn't be paid out accordingly....

hollywood has some rule that says tote divedends are paid within a 15 or 20 % range of fixed odds prices on wins and places ..............something to that effect

Harry's Son ran as if he felt something coming off the bend, if the winner hadn't come on his outside he would have drifted to his right imo ?

Hi Clanners,
Extract from Hollywood T's&C's.
Open Win and Open Place Limits
Not withstanding the pool size, Hollywood reserves its right to limit the odds payable on open wins and open places to a maximum of 50% over the fixed odds starting price of the horse (being the last price laid by Hollywood). The payout limit will be the lesser of the Saftote pool size and the value of the stake applied at the odds limit.
By way of example, if a horse has a starting price of 2/1 and pays R5 for a win (odds of 4/1) on the totalisator (where the pool size was R15000) and a customer has R1000 wins, then the payout will be limited to odds of 3/1. Should a customer have had R5000 wins on the horse then the maximum win amount will be the pool size.
The last Price laid on Storm Belt was 14/10 a place, plus 50% gives us 2.1/1 hence the R3.10 place payout.
The last price laid on Success Story was 1.25/1 a place, plus the 50% gives us 1.875/1 hence the R2.90 place payout.
