Read the NHRA's reasons why it took so long. If there is ever another indiscretion I'm not sure he will find any sympathy at the NHRA.

I'm not sure they are even nearly finished with James-I am also surprised that there is no warned off time at all!.....this isn't medication!

Horse was thirsty so humane thing to do was to give it refreshment close at hand !! :whistle:
